Dynamic Stall

Sorry I’ve been amis in posting but work is bringing me down. Lots of slowness in the real estate world and I’ve been hustling to sell something to no avail. Oh, and I started training for triathlons again so I’m tired to boot.

And since I have no social life and work is less than lucrative at the moment, I decided to do something productive and mess with my blog.

New name, new slogan and I may even get wild and make a new header image! Living La Vida Loco over here!

As you know, dear reader, I occasionally post the Word of the Day from Merriam-Webster in an effort to improve my vocabulary and, perhaps, yours too.

In a very related post, Matthew over at Defective Yeti reports that the folks at American Heritage compiled a list of the 100 words that high school graduates MUST know. So he made a nice little test for bloggers to see how well we’d do as a high schooler these days.

Here are my results. Don’t peek! I did so-so ONLY because I did this test late at nite and without cheating!

Nerds UNITE!

So my seester decided she needed a new kid and went and got Dexter. Isn’t he adoreeblay?!! He’s a mini Australian Shepherd and soft as all get out.
